Rugeley Rifle Club Chairman Martyn Buttery has been appointed as Chair of the NSRA Rifle Committee – the NSRA group responsible for smallbore competitions and rules. Martyn has been a member of the Rifle Committee for several years and takes over from Mike Chapman.
